Refund policy

We want you to love your Terraquta purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and customization concerns, some items (such as used textiles or customized products) may not be eligible for return.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for assistance.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
